A new recruitment agency has launched in the Midlands to help drive growth across multiple sectors.
Club Connective is based at Birmingham Business Park, and specialises in matching workers with employers in core sectors ranging from facilities management, industrial and commercial, through to finance and care.
The business is led by head of operations Dylan Parchment, who has more than a decade of HR and recruitment experience having worked in the industrial and commercial sectors before branching out into facilities management.
And the organisation has clinched four clients in its first month of trade after partnering with multi-million-pound national facilities management business - Coat Facilities Group – which employs more than 200 staff across the UK.
It will see Club Connective working with Coat Facilities Group to identify and develop upcoming talent to help their growth for its various businesses across various disciplines across facilities management, commercial roofing, property cleaning, and plumbing and drainage.
Other clients include a national wholesaler of workplace cleaning essentials Purcho, Midlands accountancy firm Philip Barnes & Co, and property firm My Iglu.
Club Connective has also started advertising full-time and temporary employment listings with Job Adder, Indeed, CV Library and LinkedIn and is in the process of tying up partnerships with other companies in a range of sectors.
Dylan said: “Jobseekers and employers that come on board with us are not signing with an agency - they are joining our Club – as we are invested in individuals and businesses’ long-term ambitions to create opportunities for individuals and businesses to grow.
“That is one of the main reasons we have landed our first major client so quickly as they share our values of creating an environment where people can build long-lasting and rewarding careers.
“As we have a deep understanding of each industry, we are uniquely positioned to understand the skills of the jobseeker, the needs of the employer and how the two can connect.
“While it’s still early days for us we have got off to a great start by filling 12 vacancies in our first couple of weeks. We are a seeing rising demand for talent in the care and financial sectors, and these are two particular areas of focus for us over the coming year.”
