Liquid strengthens global footprint

A fully-integrated communications agency headquartered Birmingham has increased its footprint in the APAC region as it opens a new office in Melbourne.

Liquid already has an established presence in Brisbane, and the Melbourne office will allow the agency to consolidate its operations in Australia and deliver high quality services to both existing clients and new prospects.

The expansion reinforces Liquid’s sustained commitment to supporting key industries such as food and agriculture, while the free trade agreement between the UK and Australia creates more opportunities for cross-border collaboration.

Elisabeth Lewis-Jones, CEO at Liquid, said: “Australia has long been a market we’re actively interested in. The country’s robust economy and consistent growth offers a wealth of opportunities for many businesses, especially as Brisbane is set to host the 2032 Olympics. This is why we made a strategic decision to further strengthen our foothold in the region.”

As part of the expansion, Liquid has appointed Ellie White as account director and country lead. With over six years’ experience fulfilling a variety of PR and marketing roles at London agencies, Ellie will lead Liquid’s Australian operations from the new office in Melbourne with support from an extended team based in Brisbane.

Ellie said: “I am thrilled to join Liquid’s expanding international team and feel privileged to be playing a key role in the agency’s growth plans for the region.”
