Trust brings Christmas smiles

Staff across Birmingham-based property businesses Bond Wolfe, REI plc and CBGA have made toy donations to the Bond Wolfe Charitable Trust.

The Trust has donated all the toys to Noah’s Star - a charity that supports the whole family when a baby is born prematurely or sick.

Lisa Worrall, director agency at Bond Wolfe, said: “The core service offered by Noah’s Star is in offering sibling support to families which enables parents to spend quality time with their sick and premature babies.”

The founder of Noah’s Star, Jo-Anne Shellum, said: “We would like to say a very big thank you to everyone for their incredible donations of toys.

“I was honestly so surprised by the number of toys when I collected them. Santa will be gifting these to premature and sick babies and their siblings at our next stay and play group. Thank you so much, this makes a huge difference to our small charity.”

The donations follow on from a huge supply of toiletries, teddy bears and fidget toys which was sent to Birmingham Children’s Hospital’s “Stuff2help” campaign by the Bond Wolfe Charitable Trust.

“Stuff2help” was founded by Dr Vicki Currie and her colleagues in the hospital’s A&E department to assist young patients and their family members.

The primary focus of the Bond Wolfe Charitable Trust is to raise funds for a range of worthy causes that help people from all walks of life. For more details, visit: www.bondwolfe.com/bond-wolfe-charitable-trust/.
