Birmingham City Council is seeking to sell several more properties in Bond Wolfe’s next auction on Thursday October 24.
Going under the hammer will be four lots including retail, land and commercial units.
Two freehold retail properties at 147 and 147a Dudley Road, Birmingham, consist of a pair of three storey properties with retail units on the ground floor and rooms above.
The unit at 147 is being sold with an existing tenant, while 147a is empty. No. 147 has been let on a periodic tenancy since 2010 at a rent of £5,000 per annum.
Gurpreet Bassi, chief executive of Bond Wolfe, said: “This is another great opportunity to acquire a prominently located pair of properties with asset management potential. They are situated in a busy area with regular footfall.”
Also listed is 359-361 Dudley Road, Birmingham which is another freehold retail investment opportunity which is let from March 2018 on a periodic tenancy on an annual rental of £14,000.
Freehold land and buildings at 289-297 Lichfield Road, Birmingham, is being sold subject to the existing tenancy and the building is let from September 2008 on an annual rental of £7,250.
In Hockley, 74 Nursery Road is a freehold retail investment being sold freehold subject to the existing tenancy from February 2007 at £7,500 per annum.

These Birmingham City Council properties can be viewed in the online catalogue of 184 properties appearing in Bond Wolfe’s next auction which is due to start at 8.30am on Thursday October 24.
The auction will be livestreamed via Bond Wolfe’s website with remote bidding by proxy, telephone or internet.
